Upper body toning/slimming tips for a girl on the short side

Hey guys,

I am quite the amateur and I was hoping to get some advice on how to work on slimming and toning my upper body.
I've been skipping and running regularly whilst following C25K. I have seen some pleasing results as far as weightloss is concerned and I think my bum and legs have definitely firmed up and there's less cellulite etc.

I would like to work on my upper body too but I do not want to bulk up (especially as I'm only 5ft 1 with a broad back and shoulders xD). Ideally, I want to slim down and tone my back and arms (no more wiggle!)

Any suggestions are welcome but I'd prefer those which don't require me to have a gym membership :P

    Try Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. You just need some hand weights and a yoga mat (unless you have a soft enough floor). I'm on the first level still, but I can really feel the difference in my arms and shoulders. I think it would be a nice complement to C25K, which I've done before and now just do 5K+ on my treadmill 5-6 times a week.
