Fitness Classes in Orlando?

Hi.

I am heading to Orlando for a holiday in September and I'm really keen to take a few fitness classes while I am over there.

I currently do crossfit, TRX classes, CX WorX and yoga. Ideally I'd love to try a crossfit class and possibly a yoga class.

Does anyone know of anywhere I would be able to do this without a regular membership? Eg, just pay for a class?

ps - I'm currently in Scotland so do not hold a membership to any American gym company
