I worked out hard at the gym yesterday morning & was waaaaay under my calorie allowance. I thought CERTAINLY I'd lose weight. Nope. Not an ounce. Goes to show - you gotta eat!
And, yes, I know weighing every day doesn't show progress, but I was just hoping. :noway:
Off to the gym....
