I had an MRI on my knee. Not good! It showed a lot of arthrtis, swelling and some tearing of ligaments. So now I am afraid to walk like I was doing. I even stayed away from tracking my food intake for over a week! I came back today and am determined to at least keep up with that part. I hope to find some exercises that don't involve putting weight on my joints. Any suggestions?
