Hi
I went to a zig zag calcualtor online and it said I should 1832/1466/2199/1832/1649/2016/1832
But I'm wondering if this should be my net or gross caloric intake for the day??
I do a lot of exercise each day and I don't want to mess up myself again like during the summer when I only netted around 300 calories. If I had to guess, I probably burn off approximately 1,000ish calories a day-give or take a couple of hundred.
Anyone know? THANKS! :glasses:

If it had you put in an activity level I would guess it would be gross. Otherwise, I would guess net. But I'm not really familiar with a zig zag diet.0

That averages out to 1851, so I would guess that is net.0
