iam 53 and going threw menopuse

dieting at this level in life seems so hard but i know i must do this. Iam 63 pounds from my goal and i need a support team around me right now. Just the highs and lows of menopause can make you nuts. I workout 2hr everyday but sunday. Iam a slave to that dame scale i just wish i would'nt be weighing myself 5 times a day. Iam so afraid of gaining weight. My bodybugg should be hear on tuesday i hope it works. Because i know what to eat but iam really unsure of the caloies iam burning. Hope it helps
