What amount of time (per day) do you find to be optimal to get a good workout AND burn your goal number of calories? I'm not looking for any "let's move" suggestions. Instead, I'm looking for your opinion based on your own personal experience. Thx!

what i do..
level 1 res.
5 min walk
level 8 res.
30 second sprint 7-10mph
30 second jog 4-5mph
for 20mins
Cool Down *how ever long the machine give*
usually net around 440 on the machine.. but since its Interval training.. i would add 100-150 more calories since with interval training your burn more than the average calories and u burn more over the time period after0 -
i try to get in and out of the gym in an hour to an hour 15.
ususally do 30 min hard working on elliptical, 10 min row which tires me big style then 5 min on stepper. i cant run due to op. then i do 30 min heavy weights. sometimes i do 45min heavy weights and a 20 min cardio blast.
depends on your personal goals i guess.
when i go to the gym with my mum, shes not into weights and we will do an hour on elliptical as we only do cardio - but we do have an out of breath convo at same time. lol0
