plateau or maintaining? HELP!!

I've been stuck at 159 and haven't lost any inches since starting MFP two months ago. I've increased my calories to 1850 - I've done Turbo Fire and am now doing Insanity (starting week 3), cleaned up my eating a lot, and have started drinking protein shakes. Can someone tell me how I know the difference between plateau and maintaining? I would love to get things going, but Im running out of things to change...lol Current stats 5'6, 159 pounds and trying to lose 30 pounds and tone up.
