Hey everyone. My name is Stephenie and I got diagnosed with Graves' Disease (auto-immune disease of the thyroid) back in early 2009 and now that I have it under control after getting radioactive iodine to kill my thyroid, I am now gaining weight from medication and eating as much as I did before (but this time my metabolism isn't high!) I started to diet a week before I joined so I already lost 1.5 pounds. My starter weight was 152.5 and I am now 151 and I hope to make the weight loss better with this website and with now doing some cardio.

I would love to have support and friends on here. :)

Get dedicated! Get motivated! And make it LOUD! Sounds like you got the right mind set for the hard road ahead of you. You WILL not fail at this task if you keep your chin held high. This you will own!

I'm averaging about 1% body fat loss on a weekly basis myself. This site is doing a good job at giving me extra motivation and I am thankful I joined up!

Feel free to drop me an invite!

    Currently working out 7 days a week M-F 2 hours a day S&S 3 hours a day.
