Well back at it again I was doing really well going to spin classes weight lifting classes then my dh was hit from behind recieved broken neck c-2-c-3 After he came home from hospital he had kidney issues now cancer so I lost 17 months and most of my gains he can't drive anymore so it's all up to me all the dr's appt.s so now what I am doing is going out at night and walking again for about 45 mins to an hour watching what I eat I can do it I just got to plan time betterI Once I get under the 200 I getting a new Lexus and A TWO WEEK TRIP I sure need it . I need a new car anyway and I 'll trade my hubby;s in he can't drive anymore so that's what will help put me in a better car . Well it's just feels good to get back on track I gonna get skinny yet . :smile: I am turning 61in Oct and I want to feel good again in my body my minds ok lol .WELL THE BEST TO US ALL .
