i have the same issue i eat 1200-1800 depending on the day and dont lose it gets discouraging at times0

Really? Weird... You'd think a pound would weigh the same no matter what it is made of......
Not so weird, since she didn't say "a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat" Therein lies the difference.0 -
