Just so you know...30 Day Shred Video

Reading through tons of forums on 30DS and I see people waiting for their dvd from Amazon or wherever, I just wanted to let people know they have the dvd at Walmart for around $10. Normally, I'd look on Amazon too because work out dvds are usually cheaper than in stores, but 30DS is just 10 bucks at Walmart, soo if you have one nearby, you can go there instead of paying more and plus shipping and then having to wait from online places

I am doing 30DS but my 30 days is going to be more like 50 days...level 2 killed my knees (I probably did something wrong in one of the moves) so I've been taking it easy, trying to do it every other day or so. Can not wait to get out of level 2, it's killing me! Feel free to add me, I like to encourage people

Cool. Just was letting people know if they don't want to wait around for their dvd to be shipped (sometimes it can take a week) they can check at their local store since it's around the same price as online.
