Weekends

I do pretty well keeping within my calories during the week, then the weekend just kills me and I always go over! Does anyone else do this? :(

    I try to make a small deficit on the weekdays so that my weekly deficit is still on track when I go over at the weekends :)

    i actually find the opposite. During the week I do great staying right around my target, but I'm always lower on weekends. Hah.
