Well, I'm attempting to lose weight, but its day three and I totally just binged on way too much bad food!

Oh no! Sorry to hear about your binging. Now you need to stop & get right back on track! You can do this. You will feel better about yourself & your body. Throw out all the junk you have in the house & only buy healthy veggies & fruits! No JUNK.0
