Best workouts for thighs.....

Hey everyone. I was hoping did anyone have any suggestions on exercises to do at home for toning thighs? I have a gym at my job, but I just can't ever seem to make it there. I usually pull 60+ hours a week and by the time it's time to go I'm usually not motivated to even work out in the same building I just pulled 12 hours at......any help would be great! Thanks!

    Best exercises for thighs - Squats, Deadlifts, Incline Leg Press, Bulgarian Split Squat, Stiff leg deadlifts (slams the hamstrings good). All require some significant weight, which for most people requires a gym. Catch your workout during lunch if you can.

    If you have some heavy dumbbells at the house, you can hit the Bulgarian Split squats, stiff leg deadlifts and lunges at home.

    I recommed lunges, squats and stairs...lots of them! I dread all of these at every workout, but the payoff is huge!
