Hi,
I'm new here but not to dieting!
Age: 64
Weight: 173
Height: 5'5"

I'm a cancer survivor (uterine). I'd love to NO LONGER be overweight. I hope I have the will to achieve my goal!
For exercise, I'm currently doing T-tapp. It really is something I can do as I've never been athletic. I intend to start walking to increase my activity, but have a hard time just doing it!

Hi there. I'm also tired of the diet roller coaster. I can do ok counting calories, my problem is portion control and exercise. I hate it. I have to lose weight because my blood pressure is not going down even with meds. I plan on walking to get me going. Add me as a friend if you want. I'm 52, 215 lbs. and ready to get healthy.
