Hip pain - JM 30 day shred.

I have a bad right hip and it is genetic. Basically it is like hip displaysia in dogs but no one calls it that because they don't want to compare themselves to dogs. I love dogs so I don't care.

Day 4 of level 2 of JM 30 day shred, my hip is killing me! There was no hip pain on level 1. I can't figure out which exercise is hurting me on level 2. I do a minimum of a one mile run and 30 day shred every day. In the afternoon I may do a different video but I don't feel any change in my hip in the afternoon. Thoughts of what is causing the pain? Ideas of how to modify?
