Any suggestions???

5 weeks ago I exceeded my goal wt so changed my setting to loosing 1/2 pound per week instead of maintaining (cause I was worried), and today at my 5 week weigh in I was up a pound. Measurements are the same. Any ideas?? I've hear that your body has a place where it's meant to be and it can be very hard to break through that. I'm happy with my weight, just don't want to gain and would like to get rid of some fat and gain muscle. Any ideas?? Thanks!! ~Jen
