Hello To Fellow Weight Loss Journey - ers :flowerforyou:

Hello just joined the site and I am loving it so far. I like how it makes it very easy to keep a food diary because so many foods have already be added to the database. Right now I am really motivated. I am not following any particular weight loss program - I am just trying to stay between 1000-1200 calories a day and I am walking about a 1.5-2miles 5 days a week. Starting monday I will add a half hour of continuous dance 3 days a week and do crunches 5-7 days a week. I have lost 28 lbs so far and I have been at a stand still for a couple of weeks because I have gotten to comfortable with my "slimmer" figure. For me it's not good enough though because I am still 6 lbs off of the weight I was when I wanted to lose 30 lbs - prior to my weight spiraling out of control. My new goal is to lose 62lbs and be a 5/6. I am not sure if 62 lbs equals a five/six but I guess I will figure that out when I get much closer to my goal. I am ultra motivated right now and I am starting to love myself somewhat again. This is more than about looks, this is about health, and this is about me developing a positive self-concept and looking in the mirror and knowing that I was dedicated and I achieved my goals. There is no stopping me!
