What habit have you developed or changed to improve?

I wanted a post to help people see how the small changes can bring big benefits. It's not that you have to change your entire life at once, but the more you change for the positive the more you want to change.

I no longer eat after 7:30pm. What this has changed for me...I no longer snack before bed, I don't eat in front of the television, I sleep better (no heartburn, no really strange dreams).

Edit: Oh yeah, and the other benefit appears on the scale. :happy:

What's your new good habit??
