Plateau?

I think I'm in my first plateau, and I just can't get past it... I didn't think it would happen this soon!! I've lost around 45lbs since Jan/Feb but I've been struggling and floating around the same place for quite a few weeks now. I've still lost inches, which is good, I know...but something's gotta give.

Any and all advice is appreciated! FWIW, I workout with a trainer 5 days a week, and I do cardio before those workouts and on the 6th day. I usually take one day off to rest. I've been doing this kind of workout routine since February. I keep my calorie intake between 1200-1400. I just don't know what else I can do? I've tried upping my calories, working out more, having a calorie spike day. ugh. Frustrating doesn't even cover it.

Help meee!!

    Change your routine up. Try new cardio. Your body gets used to the old stuff, and it doesn't have the same impact.
