Hi, I was on here a couple months ago and was doing well. I got off track the last couple months when I started to make changes in my life and I got a lot busier. I am back and ready! Food is my weakness, exercise is my strength. Thanks ahead of time for the support.

    I too have fallen off a bit. It's amazing that recording the meals has made me feel more in control. I've been keeping up with my workouts but the food plan, not so much!!! I'm back too:happy: :happy:
