just realised how to make a post!!this is yet another attempt of trying to get fitter!hoping this time it will work! has anyone tried any fat burners to enhance their dieting?! what really works, three meals ? two meals?

    Well, I recently started Insanity and have been following the nutrition guide failrly closely (not exact but close) I eat 5 times a day, and my carb and protein intake are the same percentage. I also work out 6 days a week and have quite a busy life. The only thing i add to my day is protein powder and protein bars. So far so good!

    Eat with common sense. Don't starve yourself, exercise. If it seems like a bad food choice, it probably is. Learn how to cook for yourself, watch what you put in your food.
