Hey, I'm new(ish) been logging my food/exercise for about a week. Would love some diet buddies to help me shift these annoying few kg's!

    What has everyone found the hardest when starting out? I found that the food was easier than the exercise, I'm finding it hard to motivate myself. Also cutting out alcohol was pretty boring!

    Actually...I found exercise a LOT easier than cutting the calories..but now I KNOW why I haven't lost any weight....LOVE this site!
