Hi all,
I'm fairly new to MFP, been logging for a few weeks now.
I'm Christine, from Ontario, Canada.
I've been whining about my extra layer for far too long now so I decided to shut up and do something about it.
I have 3 kids. After I had my boys (I had in my twenties) I snapped back into great shape. After my daughter (early 30's) - it just didn't come off as easy.
I can't keep complaining about the "babyweight" now that she's 5.5!
So far I am totally impressed with the app. The food database is so extensive that I've never had to search too hard for any food I needed to log.
I have never been more accountable of my food intake as I am now.
I'm on a 1200 cal intake and am finding it quite doable with noticeable results already.
