Now, I have came to learn that not all fruit is super healthy...

i cut up half a cantelope brought it to work with me

and out of all the fruit I bought at the store, that one has the most calories and carbs lol

That is when things get tough becvause you think you're doing okay

lol well at least it was a fruit dammit.

And also I LOVE peaches and I read that they are the #1 fruit high in the pesticide category

lol I guess I am really going to have to start eating things I dont like haha

    Well we do need fruit. It is high in many nutrients we need.

    Portion control is key here, and eat your fruit before 4 pm along with your other carbs.

    I love my fruit, it is my dessert desert...hmmm how to spell:laugh:

    I eat my fruit for breakfast and the rest of my 5 servings is made up of veggies.

    Dessert- yummy food to eat
    Desert- dry sandy place
