Hey everyone!

I love lifting AHAP! Are there any other ladies on here that do too? And if so it would be great to talk to you so we can support each other! I'm always looking for awesome people to interact with.

    i lift. i mainly do something like strong lifts 5*5 so i lift pretty close to my 1 rep max
