Locate lawn chair and place beside treadmill
Locate dog and attach leash
Attach HRM to dog (gotta know how many cals to log on MFP)
Acquire cold beverage
Place dog on treadmill and turn treadmill on
Kick back in lawn chair and enjoy cold beverage
After about 30 min, remove dog from treadmill and return him to the back yard
Return lawn chair from where you retrieved it
Acquire another cold beverage
Kick back in recliner and inform spouse you are going to rest for a few minutes after your hard workout
Log cals in MFP
Take a 2 hour nap because you deserve it!!!

I hope you find this information helpful and informative.........

I need a remote for the treadmill , what am i supposed to get up and adjust the settings for the dog? I usually just clip my Fitbit to his collar and let him out back when there are kids around, gets me hundreds of extra calories on MFP. :smokin:

Actually Tony, my treadmill does have a remote. It is really cool especially when you work up to a jog or run and need to slow down the speed
