Hey everyone...my name is Tara. I'm 26 years old from Alabama. I am starting over (again) to try to get healthy and lose weight. I am morbidly obese...weighing in at 318lbs standing at 5'5". I wear a size 22 pants, and 2X-3X shirts.

I have never been this big in my life. I have always been LARGER, but when I tipped the scale over 300lbs, I knew this wasn't anything to joke around with anymore.

So, I am starting to do weight watchers again, just because I want to be able to eat better over time. Not some "fad" diet...and I am starting very low impact work outs.

I found it on pinterest, and it's a picture titled "Level One Exercise Plan" - I am sure it can be found easily.

Anyway, I would love to have chat or email friends -- especially someone who understands what I am going through.

  • Im starting over too! I know your frustrations and im right here with ya.
about me...im 35, originally started dec.2011. I was 231#, i got down to 196 by may 2012. I started by calorie counting then switched to low carb (50 or less) this worked along with walking and doing leslie sansone walking at home videos..love those videos cuz nonthreatening!
So i fell off track from may to now and rude awakening...219 in the scale, holy **** balls are my exact words! Time to get back on track, slow and sure just like before..not sure if i will do low carbs or just modified...fruits veggies etc, almonds and lean meats...no more ice cream and brownies except on an occasional cheat days! :)
Add me as a friend...would love to start over with friends!
  • Hi! I'd love to be chat/email friends! I'm Marlo, 29 from Atlanta. I started out July 2011 at 306 pounds. This morning I'm 220.4 pounds. I've gone from a size 22/24 in jeans to now a 12/14. If I can do it, so can you. I also realized once I got over 300 that this was no longer a joke or something I could be in denial about. In 2010, I lost my mom to cancer and that was another motivator for me to grab the bull by the horns and get my weight under control. Now at 29, I feel better than I did at 21! Feel free to add me and send me a message. Together we can do this!
