I am a chocolate fiend. When it comes to weight loss, I struggle with eliminating chocolate. I mean, prior to getting back on track, it was not uncommon for me to snuggle up with a king size chocolate bar or two and a movie or a book. A couple of weeks ago, I picked up a bag of mixed varieties of Hershey's Miniatures. At first, I was nervous that I wouldn't have self control. But I did and I was also amazed that a three pieces at night did the trick. I love the little miniatures and they help quell my nightly sweet tooth.

    Me too! Also, I am blessed and cursed with sensitive teeth (didn't set in until about 2 years ago). It sucks, but it keeps me away from sweets and ice cream. We had a bag of Hershey's miniatures in our cupboard 2 weeks away and I had one piece of the special dark. Totally satisfied my craving and it didn't make my teeth hurt! I wanted to go back for another piece, but I knew better. chocolate < pain
