Desk pedals - anyone use them?

I saw on Amazon one day while just browsing desk pedals that you can place under your desk and pedal while you work. Sounds a little crazy to me. :ohwell: I work in an office and know you really can't get a cardio workout with these but wonder if you can really burn some calories doing this or is it basically like shaking your feet/legs while you sit? Anyone use them before or know someone who has? :flowerforyou:
