just getting started...again!! I have never been this heavy in my life and I need to lose weight. I am a divorced mother of 2, ages 13 and 16 so I need all the energy I can get! lol! I am going to search for recipes that are very healthy, but cheap, too. Have you ever noticed that the stuff that is good for you is so expensive? The light butter, healthy bread, healthy hot dogs.... I just have to learn to cook healthy!! Looking forward to getting healthy and fit...again!

Welcome! And it's not nearly as expensive as you'd think, unless you live off dollar menus! It seems bad initially, but in the long run, cooking for yourself costs so much less! And, if you look at labels and aren't opposed to off brands, it helps you save even more.0

Thank you!! Yeah I got to thinking I will be eating a lot less, too, and that makes the grocery bill go down even more. I am already feeling better even though I just started back today:) Walked 10 minutes (not much) but it gave me my energy back:))0
