All the above plus arc trainer. I have knee problems as well, but now that I've lost some of the weight I've found that I can also handle walk/run intervals on the treadmill-I've worked up to 1.5 min intervals w/out any knee pain0

I picked up a pair of knee supports recently and they have been working well. They didn't fix all of it but I can run without problems again.0

You will find as you lose weight, you don't have the knee problems any more. Mine used to ache all the time, now I never have a problem.0
