has anyone tried the fat smash diet

I am wanting to try the fat smash diet and was wondering if anyone has tried it. And if it worked for you.

    Yes I somewhat tryed it! and I think it works if you stick to it! Good luck I was thinking about starting it over

    I tried it and actually lost 50lbs. I still have more weight to loose so now I'm counting calories and fat...
