Ive lost 50+lbs since Nov 2011 but I feel like I'm falling back into old habits. Eating horrible and not going to the gym. A cheat day here and a cheat day there and now everyday is a cheat day. I havent been to the gym in over a month. I klnow it wont be long until I start gaining weight again. I feel like I"ve worked to hard to fall back into these habits but I cant seem to break the cycle. I havent had much support on this weightloss from family and friends I feel like everyone wants to see me fail. I just need some motivation. Do you have any tips to ge me back on track? Thanks

I am right there with you, except for the weight loss. I have not achieved that. Last year i was down 15 and have put that on and some. The past few days the heat has made me feel aweful and I can't help but think it is weight related. So tomorrow I plan to restart this journey to weight loss and a healthier lifestyle.
Some thoughts I have....
A) a person on mfp said she looks at her calories as a weekly total rather than a daily total, plan to give that ap try.
B)to fill my water cup first thing in the morning and have 4 cups in by lunch time.
C) to go for a walk or bike ride even if it is a short one.
I think you need to be proud of how far you have come. Think about what made it work before and try that again. Maybe check out a old picture before the weight loss to remind yourself how great you are looking. Maybe instead of the gym try a different exercise or take a class at the gym. Think of it as a vacation that is over and time to get back at it. Even if it takes a long time to get there we can move in the right direction with baby steps to get us started. Soon we will be running foreward!0 -
If you feel everyone wants to see you fail, use that as motivation itself! Show them you are not a failure because you are not. Do this for yourself.
My only tip for getting back on track is to just get up and walk. Go outside for a walk, walking always gets me energetic and wanting to do more. Then get your butt back in the gym. Walk in there, even if its 10 minutes only, its a start.0
