looking for cardio,, wanna get rid of this massive belly i have,, im doing jillian micheals, i dont have the money to go to the gym or by exspensive dvd's i find my workouts on youtube, any people can suggest

    That is just the link to circuit 1, but there are up to 7 circuits. It's a more cardio emphasized routine.

    I'm starting a Billy Blanks Tae Boe cardio dvd tomorrow. I found mine at Walmart for 10$. Hoping to get rid of the last of my baby pouch!
