hi everyone! My name is Sheila and I need to lose 60-70lbs! Ugh! Sometimes it feels like I'm all alone in this battle! And that's the easy part! I have a teenage daughter that is tiny and she let's everyone, especially me, know it. I could just scream!
Seriously, I would love a good support.
