The yucky tummy pouch that rests on top of your..pubic area. Does cardio melt that? Because it bugs me >< I know muscle tone won't do good for the appearance of it now since it IS fat, but does cardio exercise melt it?

The stomach area (around the belly button) is the last place your body takes fat from and then after that, the lower abdomen gets taken care of (the front butt im guessing youre talking about) yes it does go away with proper nutrition and cardio exercise.
you cannot spot train, you can work your abdominal muscles as much as you want but they will still be covered in fat. get your body fat percentage lower and it will go down eventually. hope this helps.0
