Any college/ University students looking for support through weight loss/ staying in shape or getting back into shape (AKA The freshman 15) Feel free to add me, I am in my second year of university myself.

I ha've struggled with weight loss all my life, my highest being 160lbs and lowest 115lbs.

I'm looking for like minded people to show support and encouragement to stay on track.

Work hard, Push harder, and Stay strong---- "Heroes Don't Eat"

    Hi!

    I am uni student and I got a part time job as well which means I keep on sitting down most of the days. Lectures, studying, and a desk job.. not good.

    But its easyer for me to find time to workout on the days I am at uni since lectures take only couple hours :) But the worst part is saying no to all the parties (so I wont drink all that alcohol! :P)

    i'm going into my second year of college. i gained about 10 pounds in college and ive been working over the summer to get it off and keep it off. i love to motivate people :)

    Ttu psychology major, good luck! Freshman 15 happens to us all.I think mine was like freshman thirty lol

    Haha try like the "I'll just take a year off" Thirty-five.
    I'm ready to be high school skinny again as well haha!
