Bingeing.
I can't give up any type of food, it only makes me obsess about it which will always lead to a binge.

During my first year, I gave up all soda, but now I don't shy away from anything. Eveything in moderation for me, I'm happier that way, and tend to stay on track better.0

Dont drink soda of any kind, havent really given up anythig that I always ate, just dont eat NEAR as much sugar.0

I gave up eating a lot of carbs and all junk foods. And I also gave up my boyfriend as of last night!!

As for me, I've not given up anything. I eat fairly clean, but nothing is off limits.

I gave up eating things that I don't really care for anyway, like those Flavor-Aid pops and such.
I also gave up drinking pop unless it's made with Stevia, which is only a few, rare brands.0 -

Fast Food and yesterday was my last day of Rockstar Energy Original drinks.....I started the sugar free today but it is kinda nasty so I am thinking today is my last day of them completely.0

I had my first drink with vodka since starting. I thought I would have loved it but, oddly, I didn't. It was ok, but not at all what I expected. I didn't even finish what I had0

Trips to the local convieience store to buy out all the junk food. I still eat junk but not like $20 worth in a sitting!!!0

I gave up Coca Cola and I'm also trying to force myself to try new foods so I don't get bored with what I am eating...tried raw pumpkin seeds today and ate my salad without dressing. Pumpkin seeds were good...salad without dressing, not so much.0

Nothing! I have cut back on unhealthy foods and drinks, but I allow myself to have them occasionally, especially in small portions.0

I gave up being obese and feeling horrible about myself.
I lost all of my weight by eating what I wanted and slowly adding in more fruit and vegetables. Honestly, I don't really miss the old crap I used to eat.0 -
TV Dinners like Lean Cuisine and stuff. It just happened naturally. I realized I didn't want all that sodium and preservatives in my body. I'm very thankful for MFP!0

If you mix salsa with half a serving of dressing, it goes a lot further without all the extra calories.0 -

i still have the occasional soda
i still have the occasional pizza
i still have the occasional cake (yes, i said cake!)
its all about moderation people!! Im not eating more then 2 slices of pizza, i usually have 1 medium sized piece of cake, and a lot of the time i don't even finish my soda, when i do have one0 -

Making excuses and fooling myself
this is something im still working on unfortunately.... but i have given up baking(which is hard, because its normally what i live for haha) and drinking soda and teas.... water from here on out!0
