Whats up gang

My name is Joey and im from L.A.

I have lost 75 pounds in 4 months! I still have a ways to go though.

I lost 72 of those pounds by walking 6 days a week for 45, then to 50, then for 60+ minutes a day and by not eating ANY kinds of breads or stuff like beans, corn, potatoes, bananas.
I stopped eating stuff like Bacon, sausage

pretty much a lot of chicken and clean stuff

I have also stopped drinking ANYTHING but water

just wanted to say hi and give a quick recap.
