New monday, diet 100% good

It's going to be hard. I'm a sucker for a cup of tea and a biscuit.

My exercise is totally fine, it's my diet stopping me loosing the lbs. I exercise 3-4 times a week and typically burn about 2500 cals but I am not losing any lbs. It's my diet. It's 90% good, 10% bad.

I know what I need to do to change this, I just need to get my ar£e in gear and do it.

I really really really want to see the scales going the other way. I've been on this plateau for 5 months now so a change is needed.

I'm going to mail a few of my co-workers who I know are in need of a detox/healthy eating friend to rope them in to keep us all on track together.
