i do a few classes in my gym called body combat and urban attack, but these wont be in the database so is it ok to use aerobics to put in the diary!?

yes, or you could make your own exercise based on the calories from aerobics and call them by the names you mention here ^^^ so that you can keep track for yourself.0

i do that to! you can make your own, so i still log body combat, body balance etc because i know the calories you burn in the class. there might be poster in your gym or you could ask the instructor if you're not sure. obviously that's only roughly because someone much fatter or more muscular would burn more than a skinny person but you know...it'll do0
