Not losing weight Motivation please help anyone!

Hi Guys,

I really need some Motivation i am 5 ft 2 and have about half a stone to lose..i have been monitoring my intake/increased exercise for just over a week now, but prior to this have been trying to control my calories. I am finding i am not losing weight/ not enough and this is really beginning to de motivate me. Does anyone have any tips on what to do/ what the problem could be? i have made my diary open so you guys feel free to have a look or add me. I don’t eat much anyway just bad foods which i am trying to cut down on so i dont understand why it is so difficult for me to lose.
