How to record this exercise?

Hi there, thanks for reading.

Three times a week I go to my local gym. I do a form of interval training, the routine goes like this -

5mins cross trainer (warm up)

(a) Weights/box work (eg alternate swings with kettle bells, body attack on the step-box) Four different weight exercises.

THEN

(b) Cross trainer - 4 mins, level 10.

then back to the weights. Repeat three times.

Altogether it takes about 30 - 40 minutes.

Can anyone suggest how I can record it in my daily exercise? I tried searching for cross trainer, interval training etc but nothing comes up, and I'm loathe to add it in as a new exercise as I haven't a clue how many calories/fat I burn in a session!

(Can you tell I'm fairly new to all of this?!)
