Exercises I can do indoors

I was planning to go for a run with my dogs today but I woke up to find it pouring with rain. This shouldn't really have been a surprise, but still.
So I was wondering if anyone had any exercises that I could do at home? Something that burns a lot of calories would be good. (Of course.)
I don't have any weights or fitness DVDs but I do have a laptop to view videos online

Depending how strong you normally are, you may find 30 Day Shred hard enough with a couple of tins of beans. I certainly did for the first few days.

Thanks for all of the ideas!
I've made a note of them all for further rainy days (which at the moment I think could be quite a few!)
I think I'll probably mix up today with some of the Leslie Sansone exercises and give the 30DS a go seeing as I've heard such good things about it0 -
1litre water bottle in each arm is also a good replacement for weights0
