ChaLEAN extreme questions

I just ordered ChaLEAN extreme and plan on starting friday or saturday, depending on when it arrives.

Should I follow the diet plan that is included (I think there's a plan included)? Or should I continue to follow the MFP 1200 calories per day?
Does anyone have any recommendations to max out my results? Do I need to do something else along with this program? I plan to complete P90X when finished with this program.


Going by pounds I have between 50 and 70 pounds to lose maybe more...however...I'm not really focusing on the scale just clothing and feeling great in my own skin. I have been fat my whole life. Lost weight down to a size 12/14 at one point, but after 3 years, gained it back plus some because I didn't take care of myself. I want to see how fit I can become, and stay that way!!! At 36, I think I finally "get it". Took me long enough. :)

    I will be finishing up CLX this Wednesday! I didn't really follow her meal plan but I think what I am eating is fairly close to what she recommends. If you start to really feel hungry try upping your calories. I think when I started I was at 1200 and now eat 1600. I am still losing, just not as fast as I was earlier in my weight loss journey.
    I have lost 17 lbs. so far! I will do final measurements on Wednesday. I am excited to see what they are. I am going to switch to turbofire after CLX because I like Chalene so much. Feel free to ask any questions. I am happy to answer any you may have!

    Did you do any extra cardio along with it? Or did you just do the CLX?

    I have pretty much followed CLX. However, I do take karate once or twice a week and sometimes I will jump on my stationary bike for a little extra cardio. I also occasionally throw in another short cardio workout--like Rockin Body!
  • Thank you, I really appreciate you answering my questions!! I think I will add a couple extra sessions of tae bo or turbo jam a week just to keep things going.
