I just started P90X this morning and I am not sure how to log it. Any advice would be helpful!

  • I have seen people post that they log it as circuit training. Not sure though! :)

Try this website, then enter your own information on MFP.

I use my HRM but I know my daughter was going to the P90x website (I think someone posted the link already) and would calculate the calorie burn there. Then she would enter it as a new exercise for herself.

Hope that helps! I began P90x last week. Feel free to add me. :)

I use my HRM to calculate calories burned and then create the specific P90x workout by going to "exercise > my exercises > create exercise."

Keep in mind that if you use an HRM or the p90xcalorie site, it is just a 'ballpark' estimate of calories burned. I'd caution eating all of the calories back.
