Alternative to Jam?

Well jam is cooked, so it could be different. Also, are you eating organic fruits and/or washing well. Some people are allergic to pesticides. I also know of someone allergic to apples, and citrus fruit as well.
Also? Your jam, what is it made out of? Ideally, fruit + sugar + lemon juice + spices should be it. Some include citric acid as a cheap replacement for lemon. Not sure how that is created. It somehow comes from lemons.
Since you suspect fructose is the problem, I think you are going to have to stick with honey, spices and nuts.0 -
cardamom perhaps? It'S slightly sweet. Maybe mixed with a little stevia and sprinkled on cucumbers or sweet red peppers0
