I find myself always starting over

I cant even count how many times iv tried to lose weight and all the diff strategies iv tried.. i seem to always give into my weakness, FOOD! esp the sweet stuff..I make up excuses and Sometimes think "well i only have one life so why not just live it the way i want to" but at the same time im miserable and hate myself for giving up. I'm tired of hiding myself in clothes i hate wearing and cropping pictures of myself. A lot of ppl talk about having that AH-HA moment where they wake up and start getting healthy and succeed but i dont. its hard being the only one in the house that is trying to eat right while everybody else eats what they want, its like im in the corner with a celery stick while my boyfriend is eating cake! lol it doesnt make it any easier. Does anybody feel the same way?? :/

I'm right there with ya, love. I understand - completely. I guess it's good we always start over - it beats giving up. If we did that, then where would we be, right?

A couple of things about my motivation to not only lose weight, but to be fit. It's always been a yoyo for me, as of these past two years though, it's about wanting to stay fit so I can enjoy my family for as long as possible. It's about realizing my true worth and the way I was treating my body was a form of self-hatred.

You can do it, you just have to find the right motivation. Whatever you do, do it for yourself and not for others. :)
